There are no warranties, written or oral, other than as set forth herein. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. In addition, any Love Story Jeweler in America will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your diamond (regardless of the age or condition of the original mounting), towards the purchase of another Love Story Diamond, provided the price of the new diamond is at least twice the original purchase price.
